Hello! I’m Grace Vigeant

I’m the proud owner of a supersized soul in a sensitive nervous system. A diva-loving singer-songwriter who performs through stage fright. A project management expert who leads teams to greatness (and is good at organizing chaos because it’s calming). A passionate entrepreneur who moves through discomfort to innovate and put herself out there.

I know what it’s like to love what you do.

And I know what it’s like when fear steals the show.

I’ve made several career changes. Nonprofit to agency to technology. Operations to technical program manager. Corporate 9-5 employee to career coaching solopreneur… It took burning out spectacularly for me to realize that fear had been running the show. As painful as this was, it forced me to do something different: Choose love.

I received my coaching certification from Brown University, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I also hold an honors psychology degree from Cornell University. I love what I do, so I’m always learning more, and sharing it with you.

I’m a native New Yorker living in Los Angeles, and I work with fabulous clients around the world.
