It took burning out spectacularly to realize all the ways that fear had been running the show. As painful as it was, it forced me to do something different: Choose love.
Fear is running away. Love is moving towards.
Fear is demanding perfection. Love is doing your best.
Fear is overextending yourself. Love is setting boundaries.
Fear is chasing more, more, more. Love is knowing what’s enough.

I’m ICF-accredited, trained at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and hold an honors Psychology degree from Cornell University. In addition to my private practice, I coach leaders at Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft as a coach with Ezra.
